      • Gillet shaving cream with an indication to keep out of reach of children was seen on the craft shelf. Staff confirmed that the shaving cream was being used for sensory play. The shaving cream was discarded during inspection.

      • Beds with linens were stacked on each other.Do not store beds with linens to prevent them from touching each other. Remove bed linens after napping and store them in individual bags labeled with kid's name. Ensure the beds are disinfected between use.
