- Observation(s): At the time of inspection, ungraded eggs were observed in the walk-in cooler. Operator was educated that food service establishments CANNOT use ungraded eggs. Corrected During Inspection: Operator voluntarily discarded the ungraded eggs. Bleach was sprayed on the discarded eggs. Three ungraded eggs were discarded.

- Observation(s): At the time of inspection, scoops were observed submerged inside food products in the baker's dry goods containers. Corrected During Inspection: Operator removed scoops to be washed and sanitized and stored them in a sanitary manner that prevents cross contamination.
