      • The sanitizer bottle containing the bleach solution was not adequately labelled. All chemicals in spray bottles are required to be labelled to prevent misuse and to ensure they are used for the correct surface types. Immediately required the operator to label the bleach solution.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • QUAT sanitizer for table surfaces was tested at 50 ppm, the strength of the solution is required to be at 200 ppm for proper sanitizing. Bleach solution was at 50 ppm, the strength of the disinfectant is required to be at 100 ppm. Ensure that chemicals used to disinfect are at the required concentration.
