- The sanitizer bottle was measured at 0 ppm. The operator prepared a new bleach sanitizer at 200 ppm, confirmed with test strips.Please ensure sanitizer solutions are prepared prior to events and replenished as needed when levels become low.

The owner / operator indicated that she does have her certificate but appears to have misplaced it. - No food contact surface sanitizer was available at the time of inspection. - Operator stated they had chlorine/bleach solution stored in their van. - Advised operator to ensure a 100 ppm chlorine/bleach solution is readily available onsite to sanitize utensils and food equipment.

- The hand sink was not operational when the health inspector arrived - no potable water was available in the tank. - Corrected at the time of inspection. - Advised operator to ensure the hand sink is operational prior to starting operation.

- No water sample was collected for the current operational season. - Advised the operator to submit a water sample to the Provincial Laboratory at least once per year.
