    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1) There was a notable build-up of debris along the edges of the pool area (close to the floor-wall joints near the windows and the doors.2) Along the pool deck's floor grates, a build-up of forest green coloured debris was noted in a approximate 2 x 2 sq. ft. area. of the pool deck.REQUIREMENT: Clean and sanitize the specified areas. Ensure that these areas are noted and aren't missed on a general sanitation written plan.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • **Ongoing Concern** The facility was missing the following policies and procedures both the swimming pool and whirlpool: - Water quality incident response plan (section 12)- General sanitation plan (section 13)REQUIREMENT: Ensure that these plans are kept in a binder that is readily available to any person managing the pool.
