      • Some dry food items being sold were not labelled. Please ensure all food being sold is coming from an approved source and is appropriately labeled to be able to identify the source, ingredients, and potential allergens.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • March 6th, 2024: Cockroach levels are low. A few dead cockroaches were found in the back room. Please clean this area and continue to work with the pest control company to abate the issue. Nov 16th, 2023: Cockroaches had been cleaned up and an active pest control program provided by the building is in place. Please continue to work with the pest control company to abate the issue. Multiple dead German cockroaches were observed in the back room where the sinks are located. Martin's pest control is providing service to the building and recently sprayed for cockroaches. As well Martin's was scheduled to return to bait for cockroaches on Nov 7th, 2023. Please clean up the dead cockroaches and sanitize the affected areas. As well please seal any holes and work with the pest control company to abate the issue.

      • The cooler storing milk, cheese, and eggs had an ambient air temperature of 10C at the time of the inspection. Please adjust the cooler temperature or have it serviced to ensure it can maintain a temperature of 4C or below. Please remove the perishable items from this cooler and store in a functioning cooler.
