      • The pH of the water was tested to be 7.80, 7.69, and 7.63. The pH must be kept between 6.8-7.6.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The automated test results for the chlorine (0.86mg/L) and the pH (7.39) were not consistent with the manual test results for the chlorine (9.46 ppm) and the pH (7.63-7.8). Please calibrate the probes and ensure that the automated test results are consistent with the manual test results.

      • There was no Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers.       • Filtration rate calculated at 19.1 gpm/sqft. Manufacturer's instructions for TR-140 filter says maximum 15 gpm/sqft. Lower flow rate through both filters (max combined flow is 212 gpm).**OUTSTANDING (2024-07-26). Filtration rate calculated at 17.7 gpm/sqft. Continue to reduce flow, maintain between 202 and 212 gpm.**OUTSTANDING (2025-07-17). The flow meter was not functional during the inspection, so the filtration rate cannot be determined during the inspection. Please fix the flow meter and ensure that it does not exceed the maximum filtration rate for the filters as per the manufacturer's instructions of 15 GPM/square feet.

      • Water sample (25ES-214E00008) collected on August 1st, 2025, was rejected by the lab as the sample was received in a weekend/holiday without prior approval (received on August 2nd, 2025).Please submit a new water sample for the swimming pool.

This is unlikely to be accurate. 3 different pool volumes on file, this calculation was done with operator's most recent 'confirmation'.-Confirm the pool volume.
