      • Observation(s): Cleaning agents and chemical products stored in cupboard with child safe lock that could be opened by persons in care. When persons in care can access hazardous materials there is potential risk to their health and safety. Submit compliance plan by July 31, 2026, indicating how the licensee will ensure secure, safe and adequate storage areas for cleaning agents, chemical products and other hazardous materials.
