Or that the training seat is used at all times. 3. *RECURRENT VIOLATION* Bathroom ceiling fan covered in siginificant amounts of dust. Ensure that the bathroom exhaust fan is cleaned.4. Basement hallway play area walls were in disrepair. Repair and paint walls so that they are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable.

      • 1. Paints indicated for 3+ years of age located in toddler room. Ensure all products are age appropriate and certified non-toxic for use by children. 2. Basement classroom had sensory bin with sand mixed with water for 1 week. Sand mixed with water must be discarded after use.

      • Toddler room changing table was visibly dirty under changing mat. Ensure that the surrounding surfaces and under the changing mat are cleaned and disinfected frequently.

      • Basement rooms do not have adequately equipped first aid kits. First aid kits restocked during inspection.

      • Laundry room light not operational. Ensure that all rooms have adequet lighting for proper cleaning and disinfection.
