     • 1. Glass jars were observed in room 1 within the reach of children touch.-Please remove the indicated box of glass jars from within children's reach to prevent injury in the event of breakage. Glass jars can only be used in classroom under staff supervision.2. Unlabeled sanitizer (bleach solution) bottles were observed during the inspection.-Please label all chemical bottles with product names and concentration to prevent misuse and encourage proper storage.This was corrected during the inspection.
