     • -The handles for the drawers in the table in the centre of the back kitchen were sticky. Ensure the table and drawers are thoroughly cleaned to prevent contamination of food and hands. -The exhaust canopy above the grills behind the front counters had a build up of grease. Have this cleaned to ensure properly ventilation, prevent contamination of food and attraction of pests.
