- Floor perimeter of the small dry storage room where the shelves meet the floor are missing baseboards and the glue from the previous baseboards make the area hard to clean. Shelves in the large dry storage room are wood that has damaged edges interfering with cleaning and sanitizing the shelves.New baseboards must be installed in the small dry storage area.Damaged shelves must be repaired or replaced.

- Quaternary ammonium sanitizer concentration in sanitizing buckets was below 50 ppm. Sanitizer must be at 200 ppm to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces. Dispensing unit was fixed during the inspection. Ensure staff regularly test sanitizer concentration to ensure that quats sanitizer is at 200 ppm.
