- A bag of frozen cut and wrapped meat without proper label stored in the chest freezer. According to school secretary, it belongs to the school treasure, Margret Brock's. Ensure personal food is not stored in this chest freezer.
- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- No chlorine sanitizer bottle available. Instructed secretary to find a new spray bottle and marked bleach water and filled this sanitizer bottle with 1 oz bleach to 1 gallon of water ratio and it was measured at 100 PPM.
