- The light fixture above the oven, near the 3 compartment sink was missing a shatterproof cover. Ensure that all lights are equipped with shatterproof covers to prevent contamination of food.

- Cleaning is needed on the floor below the ice well in the bar, as an accumulation of grime was noted. Please clean as discussed.
