They were located inside the general manager's office, which was locked and the GM away in vacation."This inspection, the GM was available, but was not certain where those records were kept, and believed the pool operator knew where they were located.REQUIREMENT: Written policies and procedure must be located in a readily accessible area that all staff know where to find.
