      • The quat sanitizer was measured at 50ppm.Chlorine based sanitizer between 100-200ppm was provided during inspection.Ensure quat based sanitizer at 200ppm or chlorine-based sanitizer at 100pppm is available at all times.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • There was no test strip for the quat nor chlorine based sanitizer.Ensure test strips are obtained for the appropriate chemical.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The paper towel dispenser at one of the kitchen handwashing sinks was non-functional.Battery was replaced during inspection.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The washroom door was opened, and washroom opens directly into the kitchen.Ensure the washroom door is closed at all times.
