      • ***The sanitizer in the classroom was not being maintained at an effective concentration. Ensure that the sanitizer is maintained at an effective concentration. Cleaning cloths are to be stored in an effective sanitizer solution between uses.

      • ***The storage area for the OSC set up in the gym had a missing ceiling tile.

      • The hyrigen peroxide based disinfectant was at inadequate concentration.Ensure disinfecatnt is maintained between 1000ppm and 3000ppm.

      • Toys are being cleaned with Mr Clean in a spray bottle.Ensure movable toys that can fit in the sink are washed, rinsed and sanitized using any of the acceptable sanitizers on the attached toy cleaning document.Larger toys can be sanitized on place using an acceptable sanitizer.
