- No sanitizer solution was available for the kitchen to disinfect surfaces. Please ensure a valid food grade sanitizer solution is available onsite.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- No test strips were available onsite to measure the concentration of the sanitizer solution.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- A live mouse was observed onsite in the kitchen area around the back door. Observed poison bait stations throughout kitchen, but mouse went through one hole of the station and out the other. Upon further investigation, a hole was found on the bottom portion of the west facing corner wall. Please ensure corrective actions are taken, pest control contacted to reassess, access points sealed, and no mice present onsite.
