      • The front display sandwich cooler was measured at temperatures of 6-8C. Significant ice buildup was noted on the top condenser unit. Ensure cooler can maintain a temperature of 4C or lower for stored perishable foods.

      • A cutting board attached to a metal patty press had deep groves which would make it difficult to clean. The press was removed from the board during inspection. Seal or otherwise repair this board if intending to use in food handling.

      • Cardboard boxes of potatoes were being stored directly on the floor. A pot of cooked potatoes was being stored directly on the floor adjacent to a full garbage can.Cooked potatoes were moved into cooler during inspection. Ensure that any foods, especially those stored in absorbent containers, are kept off the floor.

      • The temperature of the display cooler was measured at 6.8C during inspection. The digital display of the cooler measured 45F (7.2C). Various meats and sandwiches were being stored. Have cooler serviced to lower temperature to 4C or less. Recommend de-icing refrigeration unit and cleaning compressor.
