- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen staff are reusing the same pair of disposable black gloves between cooking station and dishwashing station. A new pair of gloves are required between tasks after adequate hand washing.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure to wash hands after hands become contaminated or before commencing work with food. This step is required when changing work stations or tasks where cross contamination may occur, for example after handling chemicals then going to food preparation. The gloves are intended for single use only.

- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemical containers are properly labelled and equipment is using the correct chemical at the right concentration. Mixing chemicals can result in chemical contamination of food contact surfaces and irritants. For example, bleach mixed with QUAT in a sanitizer bottle creates corrosive Chlorine gas which is an irritant and not a food grade sanitizer. Correction required today.

- Corrective Action(s): 1. (CORRECTED) Food must not be stored directly on the floor if it is not in pest proof containers. Staff poured the grain/beans in the respective bins.
