- Flooring under the cooking equipment was lifting and some tiles were broken. Separation of tiles in the dining area and front service area was also observed. Replace/repair the damaged tiles and ensure the flooring is smooth, durable, and impervious to facilitate ease of cleaning. The entire flooring of the facility is planned to be renovated in 2024.

- The back chest freezer is in disrepair and does not stay sealed shut on its own. Weight is used on top of the freezer lid to keep the freezer closed. The temperature of the freezer was -18 degrees Celsius. Repair the chest freezer so that the lid is working properly.

- Antout (insecticide) was observed on the food facility premise. Home pesticides are not to be used in a food establishment. The bottle was immediately removed.

- Grease and food build up was observed to the side and under the fryers, around the grease trap, and around the standup freezer and dishwasher. Food debris was also observed along the inside of the standup cooler located in the back storage area. Deep clean the above mentioned areas.
