- Fly numbers have been reduced. Some flies were still noted throughout the facility. The flies were small and black, and appears to be drain flies. - Maintain increased cleaning, with extra attention to the garbage and soda dispensing areas.- House flies were found on fly strips, and smaller black flies that appears to be drain flies, were seen flying around at the time of inspection.- Cover all foods unless directly in the preparation area.

- A large pot was observed to be sitting on a greasy and soiled piece of cardboard. The large pot was observed to be dirtied and had large amounts of grease and grime build up. The supervisor stated it was not being used at the time. A new pot will be purchased as stated by staff.

- A large number of flies were noted throughout the facility. The flies were small and black, and appears to be drain flies. The flies were noted to congregate by the soda dispenser and garbage area. Supervisor is aware of the issue. Please work with a pest control company to reduce the number of flies in the facility.- Staff is to increase cleaning, with extra attention to the garbage and soda dispensing areas, to try to reduce the flies.- All sticky build-up and residue is to be cleaned and then sanitized.- House flies were found on fly strips, and smaller black flies that appears to be drain flies, were seen flying around at the time of inspection.- Cover all foods unless directly in the preparation area.

- Duct tape was used to cover an opening of the garbage can located beside the soda dispenser. The duct tape was visibly soiled and dirtied with grime build up. The duct tape was immediately removed upon instruction. Ensure surfaces are smooth, durable, and impervious to moisture to facilitate ease of cleaning.

- A large pot was observed to be sitting on a greasy and soiled piece of cardboard. The large pot was observed to be dirtied and had large amounts of grease and grime build up. The supervisor stated it was not being used at the time. Clean the pot and move it away from the ground. Store it away or remove it from the premises if it is not being used.

Syrup-like buildup was also observed on the juice dispenser and at the bottom of the door for the Brew Bar machine. Deep clean the above mentioned areas.
