- Bean sprouts were observed to be stored under meat products. The bean sprouts were immediately moved and stored above any meat products.

- 0ppm chlorine was measured at dish level in the chemical dishwasher. There was no more sanitizer solution. The sanitizer solution was replaced with diluted bleach and 100ppm was achieved at dish level. New sanitizer solution has been ordered.
