- FMV1.1 Does the base of operations meet the requirements of the Mobile Food Premises Guidelines?
- Observation(s): The base of operations has changed to an outdoor area at 7646 Thompson Road. This area is exposed to the elements and is not protected from wildlife and pests. Discussion with the property owner will take place in the coming weeks. Storage of food products and containers must be protected from contamination.
- FMV1.1D Mobile food premises unit must be stored in such a way to prevent contamination and damage.
- FMV1.1E Shared storage areas must be identified for each tenant and secured to prevent tampering and contamination.
- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): Visible debris was observed on many high touch surfaces including handles of cooking equipment, refrigerators and freezers. Additionally food packaging (ice cream containers) had visible food debris on the outside. All high touch surfaces and food packages must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Please send photos of all areas after cleaning has been performed prior to operation.
