      • Pushpins were observed on the news board in the toddler room (age 2-3 years).-The operator removed the pushpins during the inspection. Ensure no pushpins are being used.

      • Bleach sanitizer solution in the BAS room was measured at 0 ppm. -Ensure that the bleach sanitizer solution is maintained at 100 ppm at all times in all rooms.

      • Drop side crib was being used in the pre-toddler room. - Remove the drop side crib and replace it with regular crib that meets regulation.

      • Client water bottles in toddler room were stored within the splash zone of the handwashing sink. - The operator replaced the water bottles away from the splash zone during the inspection. Ensure that the bottles are placed such that the bottles are protected from contamination.

There was a build up of debris and grim on a few toys throughout the facility. Ensure these are cleaned. If they are no longer cleanable discard.8. The train table in the baby area had raw wood/particle board exposed. Resurface or remove.9. Two chairs in the BAS program had a build of up grim and debris. Ensure these are cleaned.

      • The operator is using a 1000ppm chlorine solution to clean and disinfect toys/surfaces without a rinse step. Rinse surfaces and toys with water after disinfection if using 1000ppm or switch to a 100-200ppm chlorine solution as it does not require a rinse step.

      • Homemade playdough is used for longer than a week. Recommend heat treating flour or using a stove top cook method to make playdough. Discard playdough after 1 week.
