- Pushpins were observed on the news board in the toddler room (age 2-3 years).-The operator removed the pushpins during the inspection. Ensure no pushpins are being used.

- The operator is using a 1000ppm chlorine solution to clean and disinfect toys/surfaces without a rinse step. Rinse surfaces and toys with water after disinfection if using 1000ppm or switch to a 100-200ppm chlorine solution as it does not require a rinse step.
