In the interim, please wash all glassware in main kitchen dishwasher and please confirm (in advance of installation) the make and model and location for an alternative commercial glasswasher as a replacement. Please ensure that a properly labelled sanitizer solution(s) (ie. spray bottle) is located in the bar for sanitizing bar equipment and surfaces.

    Stayed here while in town for my Uncle's funeral at the end of June / beginning of July. Our extended family had 4 rooms on the 6th floor. My room was clean and well appointed. Not the biggest fan of the kind of coffee they offer in the room, but wasn't a deal breaker. Had to keep my blinds closed as they faced other windows in the hotel. Front desk staff was awesome. The snack/drink self-serve area is a great idea that I haven't seen in other hotels. Much better than vending machines. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend people staying here in the future.

    Overall is ok. The room is nice, clean and big. -Location is near the intersection, carefully slow down. I miissed the hotel at first time. -Underground Parking is good but needed the code from the front desk and the key pad is very small on your left, in front of the gate . -Sound proof in the hotel was very bad. I heard the people upstairs like they walked on my head. Every steps or dragging noise were so loud. In the morning, the flush from upper floor was like the ceiling would crash down to my room.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Kelowna and would definitely come back again! We stayed in a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful mountain view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, mini fridge, full bathroom, sofa, and TV. The view was a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent it’s close to everything you need, making it easy to get around Kelowna. The staff were quiet and professional, but always friendly and helpful when we needed anything. We also ate at the restaurant downstairs. The food was good, and while I wish there were a few more menu options, the waiter staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. The pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing, and overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. We had no complaints during our stay and would happily book here again. Highly recommend!

    Hyatt Place Kelowna has been absolutely exceptional to myself and my two doggos during our evacuation. The entire team has gone above and beyond to make an incredibly stressful situation a little easier, providing complimentary snacks, lunches, and even hot meals. Everyone has been extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Being celiac, I only wish there were a few more gluten-free options available, but even with that, the chef has gone out of their way to provide additional options for me, which I truly appreciate. The kindness and care we’ve received during such a difficult time has meant more than I can say. Much, much appreciated in so many ways. ❤️ Thank you to the entire Hyatt Place Kelowna team for everything you’ve done for us and our doggos!

    We had a nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was friendly and the online check-in was nice so we didn’t have any lines to wait in. They had a text service for any issues that arose and we really liked the convenience of that. Overall, it was a good stay but of course in 2026 you may be a little shocked at the price.
