- F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
- Observation(s): Please provide a thermometer inside the bar refrigerator and monitor/record temperatures daily.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): Please discontinue use and remove the small domestic dishwasher that has been installed in the bar since the time of last inspection. In the interim, please wash all glassware in main kitchen dishwasher and please confirm (in advance of installation) the make and model and location for an alternative commercial glasswasher as a replacement. Please ensure that a properly labelled sanitizer solution(s) (ie. spray bottle) is located in the bar for sanitizing bar equipment and surfaces.
