- Unable to test the food safe sanitizer as Latic acid tests strips are unavailable for the testing. Purchase the appropriate test strips and test the sanitizer to verify the concentration. Ensure the lactic acid food safe sanitizer meets the proper concentration as per manufacturer's instructions.
