      • Cubbies were not wall mounted at the time of inspection. Please wall mount all cubbies.

      • 1000 ppm bleach test strips were not observed. Please acquire 1000 ppm bleach test strips.

      • Science experiment chemicals were noted to be stored in one of the pre-schools. The operator indicated that they would be moving all these chemicals to storage area.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The blackboard wall was noted to be torn from few areas.Please repaint these areas.2. A designated toy washing sink was not observed. The operator indicated that they would be installing a plumbed in toy washing sink.
    • 14. Is this facility properly heated to ensure client comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • The room temperature was noted to be at 15 degrees C. The operator indicated that they would reach out to the landlord to re-mediate this concern. Please ensure that the room temperature is kept at minimum of 20 degrees C.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Water temperature was noted to be at 23 degrees C. The operator indicated that they tried to change water temperature at the hot water tank in order to meet requirements. The operator was advised to install mixing valve to control water temperature.
