- 1. Proper diapering procedures were not being followed. Discussed diapering procedures during the inspection. Please ensure staff members are following proper procedures. Please ensure not to store items on diaper pad and disinfect the areas thoroughly. 2. The diapering pad was not flat to the counter. It was noted to be raised and stored on top of the barrier. Please acquire a diapering pad that would fit within the barrier.

- Toys were not being properly washed and disinfected in OSC room. Proper toy washing was discussed with the staff member in the OSC during the inspection.

- Clients' personal items were in physical contact with other client's personal items. These items were moved in bags during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that clients personal items are stored properly.

- 1. The electrical box located in the OSC/Preschool room was not locked at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the electrical box is locked at all times.2. Mirrors were noted in almost all rooms. Please either remove all mirrors or install shatter proof film on them.

- The maximum temperature of water was noted to be at 59.6 degrees C. Please decrease the water temperature and ensure it is maintained around 43 degrees C.
