      • **The operator was using face wipes for skin cleansing but was not using a skin antiseptic before invasive procedures (microneedling). Alcohol wipes with an NPN were found on-site; the operator was directed to use these for pre-procedure skin antisepsis.

      • ** Uncovered reflective surfaces (mirrors) were noted in the service area. The operator was unaware these must be covered during laser operation.** No warning signage was available for the door during laser procedures. The operator was advised to implement this.

      • Manufacture's information for prepackaged sterile microneedles in Ziplock bags could not be verified. The packages had no manufacturers information.Please stops using all needles without manufacturers information and obtain needles with verifiable manufacturers information. This will form basis for trace back and sterility assurance.
