      • Bathroom in the pool table area contains a large hole in the wall tile next to the toilet. The fan is not working. The floor transition between the bar and old walk-in cooler is not smooth. There is a hole around a pipe in the ceiling above the doorway to the old walk-in cooler.The counter around the two-compartment sink caulking is grimy.*Repair floors and walls to be smooth and cleanable in the noted areas. *Repair bathroom fan.*Remove and replace caulking around the sink counter.

      • A food-grade non-rinse sanitizer solution is not available to sanitize food contact surfaces and dining tables. *Obtain a non-rinse sanitizer such as Quats (200 ppm) or bleach (100 ppm). Obtain test strips for the sanitizer used.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Chemical bottle containing Mr. Clean is not labelled. Label all chemical bottles.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Walk-in beverage cooler was not equipped with a thermometer. This was corrected during inspection. *Equip all coolers with thermometers for temperature monitoring.

      • Back storage room is cluttered with miscellaneous items stored on the floor. Cardboard is left on the floor in the side sink room and old walk-in cooler. *Organize back storage to facilitate cleaning and monitoring of pests. Do not keep cardboard on the floor to facilitate floor cleaning.
