      • Alcohol based hand sanitizer on neuromodulator tray did not have a DIN or NPN issued by health Canada. Obtain a hand sanitizer that has a Health Canada approved DIN or NPN.

      • Neuromodulator service tray had an overflowing sharps container. Obtain a new sharps container.

      • Neuromodulators injection products, brand name "Nabota", were being used without a DIN (Drug Identification Number) Their safety and efficacy have not been reviewed by Health Canada.
