- The walk-in cooler had an internal temperature that measured approximately 10.5C. Coolers must maintain a temperature of 4C or below to prevent the growth of bacteria. Repair the cooler and ensure the internal temperature measures 4C or below. The walk-in freezer was located within the walk-in cooler - the door to the walk-in freezer was propped open to circulate cold air into the walk-in cooler at the time of the inspection.

Some parts were supposed to be replaced, and the technician will be back to fix the ice machine.-Fix the ice machine

- Hard-to-reach areas behind the ice cap machine and all kitchen equipment throughout the facility were observed to be covered with grime, dirt, syrups, and food debris.Please pull out all kitchen equipment and clean and sanitize hard-to-reach areas to eliminate food sources for unwanted pests.

- Mouse droppings noted in outdoor shed. Please clean and sanitize areas contaminated with mouse droppings. Seal off all points of vermin entry.

- Utensils contaminated with food debris were stored at room temp in empty insert containers, and a knife with food debris was stored in the knife holder. Restaurant was not busy during time of inspection and utensils were not being used. Please wash and sanitize utensils as needed.

- Water from hand sink tap fixture in a public bathroom was coming out in very low volume, making hand washing difficult. Please repair.
