      • There were no temperature logs available to document the temperatures of foods received from Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids program.- All received brown bagging lunches must be probed using a calibrated thermometer, and temperatures must be recorded at the time of receipt. Records must be maintained and available for review.- Clean and sanitize the thermometer between use.
