- - Only a few containers are labelled with only business name and contact number; however, unable to verify if business is an approved source at time of inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): - All foods on the premises must be from an approved source/ inspected facility. Foods from an approved source/ inspected facility should be properly labelled.
- - Remove all foods from upright freezer from the premises.
- - Alternatively, if food is from an approved source, operator must provide information for verification. Items that are not labelled are to be removed regardless.
