      • Label on the chlorine reagent indicated that product was expired as of September 2024. - Operator replaced the expired chlorine reagent during the inspection with a new product expiring in April 2025.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • 1. The facility's anti-entrapment plan was not updated to reflect the replacement of all six drain covers completed in March 2024. - Operator updated the anti-entrapment plan to reflect the new expiry date of March 2029.2. During the inspection, the recorded flow rate was 94 GPM. However, the anti-entrapment plan inaccurately listed a maximum flow rate of 90 GPM. Pump performance curves was used to confirm the correct maximum flow rate of 116 GPM.- Operator updated the anti-entrapment plan during inspection to reflect the accurate maximum flow rate.
