    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): operate was unsure if they use a bleach solution. Currently he was only using a oxygen peroxide cleaner and this is not a food grade sanitizer.
    • F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): the hand sink in the room with the dishwasher does not have paper towels or a paper towel dispenser. As this is the main hand washing station please keep this sink empty of dishes and have liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing. The bathroom sink can be suitable for slow periods but if the bathroom is being used and handwashing needs to occur, this cannot happen.
