- Observation(s): Home canned products being provided to customers. Facility does not have an approved kitchen facility and the canning process was not approved. Operator to remove all the canned products and not to distribute to public.

- Observation(s): No sanitizing solution registered at the chemical dishwasher after final rinse. Operator to repair and ensure that it had a residual of 50ppm chlorine solution at glass level after final rinse. Operator to manually sanitize dishes with 200ppm Chlorine solution after washing fully submerge the glasses in a bin of sanitizer solution for at least 2 minutes and let air dry.
