      • 1. Primo Bingo Dabbers were noted in the Montessori Room. This product has an age recommendation of 12 years and older. Materials available to children should be appropriate for the age group and used according to the manufacturer's recommendations.Remove the bingo dabbers from the classroom. Consider finding craft products with an AP label and/or non-toxic label.2. Craft Smart Acrylic Paint, which is generally recommended for children aged 3 years and older, and Studio Colours Metallic Tempera Paint labelled for children aged 5 years and older were found in a drawer in the Baby Room. Art materials and products used by children should be age-appropriate and used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.Replace the paints with age-appropriate art materials intended for use by children under 3 years of age.

The damaged surface is difficult to adequately clean and sanitize.Repair or replace the unit.2. The blue fabric-covered wall panel beneath the window in the Combo Montessori Room was loose and sagging, resulting in exposed staples along the upper edge.Resecure the fabric and ensure all staples are securely covered and inaccessible to children.

      • 1. A plastic Minnie Mouse toy was noted with the head and battery compartment cover missing in the Preschool Room. No batteries were inside the toy.The staff member discarded the toy during the inspection.2. Foam block toys in the Combo Montessori Room were noted with bite marks and damaged surfaces.The foam blocks were removed during the inspection.3. A wooden activity walker in the infant room has wheels missing from one side. The toy should be repaired.4. A small yellow wooden toy component was accessible to children in the infant room. Staff were unable to identify the item. A small object choke test was not conducted; however, the item was removed from the room as a precaution.Staff should ensure toys and play materials are routinely inspected and that loose components are promptly removed from areas accessible to infants.

Chlorine sanitizer concentrations varied between classrooms:Combo Montessori sanitizer measured 50 ppm.Baby Room sanitizer measured 1000 ppm.Preschool sanitizer measured 500 ppm and 1000 ppm.Chlorine sanitizer solutions must be prepared at the appropriate concentration to ensure effective sanitizing while minimizing the risk of chemical exposure. For routine sanitizing, the chlorine concentration should be maintained at 100-200 ppm.New sanitizer solutions were prepared during the inspection.

      • 1) Toddler bathroom drop ceiling has a hole and water damage. Facility staff stated, the leak was repaired and work is pending for the ceiling panels.- Repair the ceiling panels and ensure it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.2) Baseboard in toddler room near the exit door to the playground is peeling off.- Repair the baseboard.

      • The preschool room's bathroom has water damaged baseboards. -Repair damaged baseboards so they protect the walls from moisture ingress. If any renovations are going to be done to the bathroom, please let your district inspector know prior to the work being done.
