      • 1. Combo Montessori room: There are push pins being used for the bulletin board. The age group for the classroom is 3 years - 4.5 years.Please remove the push pins from the classroom.2. Combo Montessori room and Montessori room: Primo Bingo dabbers found in the classrooms. The bingo dabbers are rated for ages 12+.The bingo dabbers were removed during the inspection.3. Montessori room: Staff personal belongings were stored in an area accessible to children. Staff may be carrying medications or other harmful items in their belongings.The purse was removed during the inspection.

      • 1. Combo Montessori room: There are bathroom floor tiles that are loose and not secured to the floor. Raw wood is exposed.Please repair/secure the floor tiles.2. Baseboards are lifting off the wall in the following areas:- Baby room bathroom.- Montessori room bathroom.Please ensure the baseboards are replaced and there is no gapping.

      • 1. Baby room: The diapering mat in the washroom is torn. Staff have taped the mat as a temporary measure.Please replace the diapering mat and ensure it is waterproof and easy to clean.

      • 1. Combo Montessori room: The sink faucet is loose and not secured to the base.Please repair the faucet and ensure it is secured to the countertop.

    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Toddler bathroom drop ceiling has a hole and water damage. Facility staff stated, the leak was repaired and work is pending for the ceiling panels.- Repair the ceiling panels and ensure it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.2) Baseboard in toddler room near the exit door to the playground is peeling off.- Repair the baseboard.

      • The preschool room's bathroom has water damaged baseboards. -Repair damaged baseboards so they protect the walls from moisture ingress. If any renovations are going to be done to the bathroom, please let your district inspector know prior to the work being done.
