      • Some fruit flies were noted in the prep and back area.Requirement:-Please implement control measures to get rid of fruit flies.- Keep used cleaning clothes in a covered container to prevent attracting flies.- Keep all areas clean.

      • Concentration of quat measured 100 ppm in sanitizer solution of both containers located in front prep area.Requirement: Ensure that concentration of quat is maintained at 200 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Access to hand washing sink located in front prep area was blocked with a stand having single use cups stored on it.Requirement: Ensure that hand washing sink is available for use all the time and access must not be blocked.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No soap was provided at one of the hand washing sinks located in front prep area as dispenser was broken.Requirement:Repair/replace soap dispenser and provide soap at this hand washing sink.
