      • 1. Bathroom: The handwashing station on the right side was not in good working order. Water would not come out of the faucet.Please repair the handwashing faucet.

      • 1. Cleaning schedules have not been completed for the month of January.Please complete the cleaning schedule from January 13- January 20. Please provide the completed copy by January 21.

      • 1. Several books on the bookshelf are torn and in disrepair with covers removed.Please go through the bookshelf and discard any damaged books.

      • 1. Bingo dabbers with a label noting 'Keep out of reach of children' were found in one of the cabinets.The bingo dabbers were removed during the inspection. Please ensure craft items are safe for use for children and age appropriate.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • 1. Observed staff using a baby wipe instead of bleach sanitizer to clean the surface of the diapering mat after changing a child's diaper.Education was provided on site. Bleach was used to sanitize the mat. Please remind staff of proper diapering procedures.

      • 1. Portions of the paint are chipping in the classroom section where infants are playing. Please repair the wall to ensure it is in good repair and prevent additional paint chips from falling.2. A hole in the classroom wall is currently covered by a broken cover and taped. There are potentially live wires behind the cover.Please place a proper cover over the wall to prevent children from accessing the hole.

      • Push pins found in play area that children under 3 yrs old use. - Remove push pins to prevent accidents. Bleach spray bottles were not labeled. - Label all chemical spray bottles with their content.
