- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed significant amount of mold on shield in ice machine bin. This was required to be cleaned in previous inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Ice shield was removed during inspection for cleaning. Add this to cleaning schedule to ensure mold growth is prevented.

- Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure clear separation of raw meat from ready to eat foods. Discussed use of a barrier such as cloth sheets over racks of ready to eat foods (ok to use as long as laundered frequently, discussed weekly).
- 2) Ensure a clearer Separation of raw from ready to eat - put in a barrier between two at least to the height that would exceed the height of the raw meat (so i cannot spill over or drip onto ready to eat meat). Due: 1 week.
