      • Preschool room: paper towel is not in a dispensing unit at the handwashing sink in the room.

      • Baby room: crib has 2 mats stacked on it. Ensure only one properly fitted mattress is used.

      • Older toddler room: toy storage is in the bathroom. Please relocate toys so that they are not being stored in a bathroom.

      • Liquid and powdered bleach were found in unlocked cupboards underneath the sinks in the OSC and Preschool bathrooms. Please install locks on these cupboards or remove all hazards and store them out of the reach of children.

      • Kinder bathroom needs more paper towel.

    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • -Chemicals not being safely stored in the kitchen or washroom. Ensure all chemicals are stored secured or out of children’s reach.-A mop bucket with chemical water was left in the washroom. Ensure this is stored in another location or the bucket is emptied immediately after use.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • -There was an area of unfinished flooring along the window in the Toddler Room. Please repair.
    • 15. Is laundry being properly handled in a suitable manner?
      • -There were used cloths left on surfaces. If cloths are going to be used there should be a supply of fresh cloths available as well as dirty bins for laundry. Linens need to be placed in the bin after each use on not be left on surfaces.
