- Observation:The beverage dispenser at the tea and coffee station was observed operating in very close proximity to the handwash station, creating an increased risk of contamination from splash or improper separation.Corrective Action Required:Relocate the beverage dispenser to maintain adequate separation from the handwash station or install an approved splash guard to prevent contamination. The handwash station must be used exclusively for handwashing purposes at all times.
