    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink in front of the house was obstructed with utensils. - Operator removed the utensils during inspection. **Ensure hand sinks remain unobstructed and accessible at all times for proper handwashing.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Coolers below the grill and stoves in the front kitchen were measured at 11.1*C and 10.8*C respectively. - Operator moved all food items to different cooler. **Please repair.

      • Observed buckets with sanitizer stored on the work surface and next to food. Keep the sanitizer under the table on the shelves away from food contact surfaces and food.

      • Observed multiple plastic cutting boards with built-up food residue in the grooves.Scrub the cutting boards to remove that dirt. Simple washing won't do it. Make scrubbing of the boards part of your daily cleaning routine

      • Observed knife stored in a gap between to tables.Utensils must be stored in readily cleanable place.
