- Surface sanitizer more than 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
- Mix and dilute solution to 100-200 ppm. 1/2 - 1 tsp bleach per liter of water. Obtain chlorine test strips to verify surface sanitizer concentration. Corrected during inspection. Comments Hand sinks fully stocked. Temperatures meet regulatory requirements. High temperature dishwasher above 74°C at plate level in rinse cycle. Temperature logs maintained. Note: Obtain chlorine test strips to verify surface sanitizer concentration.
