- Corrected during inspection. New sanitizer now measured at 200 ppm QUATS. Please check the concentration using test strips to ensure QUATS is at 200 ppm. Comments Pest control service was provided monthly. No signs of pests were noted. Handwashing sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Three-compartment sink was in place. Refrigerator temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperature measured at or below -18°C. Temperature log was available. Please ensure it is maintained daily. Sanitizer bottle and test strips were available. Operator had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate. Washroom was in a sanitary condition, and equipped with hand soap and hand dryer.
