    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Site still working on *Dividers shelving in sections was found that finishing is not smooth in section and uncertain if its been finished to be impervious to moisture. -Please ensure that the units are completely smooth to touch and that all surfaces are impervious to moisture. **Observed in the on area that the back wall is peeling some paint making it in disrepair. -Have the wall addressed so that its in good repair and impervious to moisture.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • *Observed that there seems to be signs of water damage for the 2 sink cabinet for handwashing. -Please have this 2 sink cabinet repaired/ replaced so that the cabinet is in good repair and impervious to moisture.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • *Observed that facility has brought in 2 indoor climbing apparatuses for the children to make use of were found to be over 20". -All elevated playground equipment is to be on proper protective surfacing and have adequate spacing around the equipment for movement. For those elevated play equipment that does not currently have protective surfacing and proper spacing please contact to further discuss a plan to try to make the space work.-The one elevated play equipment was removed from space as it didnt have protective surfacing, and the other was re-located over mats in the area.
