- 1)The chlorine solution used for surface disinfection was measured at around 10ppm.Discussed the appropriate concentration with the operator.Solution was remade at 100 ppm.Note: The test strips in use were expired, please buy the new test strips to ensure accurate testing.

- Observation was made regarding the storage of food package on the ground.Sugar was observed to be stored in the open packaging.Discussed with the staff to ensure the proper storage of the food items to prevent cross contamination and pest entry.Violation was addressed during the inspection.

- Paper towel was missing from the handwashing sink in the food preparation area.The violation was corrected during the inspection.

- Hanging light fixtures with clear glass shade were observed in the food preparation area. One of the glass shades was observed to be broken.Please make sure to remove the hanging light fixtures from the food preparation area to prevent any cross-contamination in case of glass breakage.The clear glass shade can be replaced with shatterproof glass.
