      • A small slide was present in the toddler room. No protective surfacing was observed underneath and around the equipment.> A single layer of protective surfacing was provided, however, a double layer interlocking mats is required. Surface must be under and extend out to 6 feet around the slide.

      • Toddler room - the shelf liner on the small table in the toddler room was lifting. Please repair or replace and ensure the surface is smooth and cleanable.Infant room (12-19 months) - The finish on the change table in the infant room was wearing. Please refinish or replace the change table so the surface is smooth and cleanable.Infant room (12-19 months) - the fridge in the infant room was not properly operational, measured at 9C. Please ensure the fridge is capable of maintaining 4C or less.Kinder room - the finish on the green vinyl couch was wearing.
